The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation and collaboration in relation to the Motor Vehicle Information Sharing Scheme.

Australian Federal Police

The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation on law enforcement. It recognises that by cooperating, the ACCC and the Australian Federal Police can focus on cartels that have a connection to, or cause harm in, Australia.

The memorandum establishes a framework for the transfer of procurement data from Procurement SA to the ACCC. Its purpose is to assist in law enforcement and allow the ACCC to detect and take appropriate action to discourage cartel conduct and collusion by suppliers participating in South Australian government procurement processes.
