We've signed memorandums of understanding with other Australian authorities. These agreements set out our shared goals and how we work together.

The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation and collaboration in relation to the Motor Vehicle Information Sharing Scheme. |

Australian Federal Police |
The memorandum establishes a framework for cooperation on law enforcement. It recognises that by cooperating, the ACCC and the Australian Federal Police can focus on cartels that have a connection to, or cause harm in, Australia. |

Australian Prudential Regulation Authority |
The memorandum sets out an agreement for coordination, information sharing and liaison between the 2 agencies. |

Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions |
The memorandum sets out the roles and responsibilities of the ACCC and the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to serious cartel conduct. |

Reserve Bank of Australia |
The memorandum commits both agencies to a broad model of engagement, with an emphasis on proactive information sharing and collaboration. |

Treasurer of the State of South Australia |
The memorandum establishes a framework for the transfer of procurement data from Procurement SA to the ACCC. Its purpose is to assist in law enforcement and allow the ACCC to detect and take appropriate action to discourage cartel conduct and collusion by suppliers participating in South Australian government procurement processes. |
