About the Senate Order

The Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts requires the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to publish on their website details of contracts entered into, which:

  • have not been fully performed or which have been entered into in the previous 12 months, and
  • which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more.

The website listings are tabled twice a year, at the end of each financial year and each calendar year.

We assure that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.

The Commission’s listings are included below.

Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report located on the AusTender website.
