The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a determination re-authorising the suspension and termination provisions of the Australian Payments Clearing Association’s (APCA) Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) regulations.
The ACCC has re-authorised the provisions for ten years.
