The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has granted interim authorisation to allow RWWA to:
- make and give effect to the six identified provisions in an Agreement with the Hong Kong Jockey Club Horse Race Betting Limited, and make and give effect to the six identified provisions in an Agreement with HKJC Club Horse Race Betting Limited, and
- continue to give effect to any or all of those provisions in existing international pooling arrangements with wagering operators in Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand.
