The ACCC released a draft decision on 24 March 2011 and sought comment on the preliminary views contained in the draft decision.
GrainCorp has proposed revisions to its proposed undertaking which were at Annexure A of the draft.

AWB's supplementary submission
AWB’s submission to the ACCC Draft Decision regarding GrainCorp’s Proposed 2011 Undertaking dated 15 April 2011 makes reference to views contained in AWB's letter to the ACCC of 7 April 2011 regarding Viterra’s management of the 2012 season shipping stem.
AWB has requested that the 7 April 2011 letter be a published document for the purpose of ACCC’s Draft Decision on GrainCorp’s 2011 Port Terminal Services Undertaking.
Agreement to stop the clock
The ACCC and GrainCorp agreed under section 44ZZBC(4) that the period from 17 May 2011 to 21 June 2011 inclusive will be disregarded in working out the expected period for the ACCC decision under s 44ZZBC.
Draft amendment notice
The ACCC released for consultation a draft amendment notice and explanatory statement for comment. Submissions were due by 15 June 2011.
