On 25 September 2013, the ACCC accepted the revised undertaking provided by Emerald on 9 September 2013.
Emerald revised undertaking
On 9 September 2013, Emerald withdrew its 26 March undertaking and submitted a revised undertaking for consideration by the ACCC. The revised undertaking was consistent with the draft revision earlier provided by Emerald on 31 July 2013.
ACCC decision to accept
The ACCC decided on 25 September 2013 to accept the revised undertaking provided by Emerald on 9 September 2013. The reasons for the ACCC's decision are set out in the decision document.
