On 23 November 2010, the ACCC issued a Position Paper announcing its proposed domestic benchmarking approach to transmission pricing. The proposed approach is based on the domestic benchmarking of prices on competitive transmission routes and supplemented by information from service providers and other sources. It follows the ACCC’s public consultation on DTCS pricing in 2010.
