Extension of existing final access determination5 Nov 2014

On 5 November 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the 2012 domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS) final access determination as it will not be in a position to make a new DTCS final access determination before the expiry of the 2012 DTCS final access determination on 31 December 2014.

The 2012 DTCS final access determination will now expire on the date immediately before the day on which a new final access determination comes into force. A copy of the extension can be found on the public register.

The extension of the 2012 DTCS final access determination means that its terms and conditions will continue to apply beyond 31 December 2014 to those regulated exchange serving areas (ESA) and routes priced under the 2012 DTCS final access determination.
