Draft decision 12 Apr 2017
On 28 March 2017, the ACCC published its draft decision on the SAU variation, inviting submissions from interested parties.
On 12 April, the ACCC extended the consultation period to provide more time to stakeholders to consider and respond to the draft decision. Submissions to the draft decision are due by 5pm Friday, 28 April 2017.
