Division 12 record keeping rule 201316 Jul 2013

The ACCC revised the Division 12 record keeping rule following consultation on changes to the record keeping rule. The final revision contains further changes, including:

  • VoIP services specifically designed for a particular enterprise or government customer are excluded from the Division 12 reporting requirements
  • PSTN voice and VoIP services are required to be reported on a disaggregated basis.

The final revised Division 12 record keeping rule applies from the financial year 2013-14.
