Mobile terminating access service final access determination inquiry - 2014

The ACCC has declared that the expiry date of the existing final access determination for the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) is taken to be the day immediately before the day on which the next MTAS final access determination comes into force.

The existing final access determination was due to expire on 30 June 2014.

The ACCC has extended this final access determination because it will not be in a position to make a new final access determination for the MTAS prior to this date.
