Energy Ombudsman Queensland (EOQ) is the primary dispute resolution service for Queensland's energy customers.
EOQ can offer free, fair, independent and confidential dispute resolution services to Queensland's energy customers who have not been able to resolve an issue with their energy supplier. EOQ can assist consumers with unresolved complaints about high or disputed accounts, connection and disconnection of supply, claims for damage to equipment or property, vegetation management, supply quality, extensions of supply, tarrif rates or charges and general customer service.
