The fixed line services final access determinations (FADs) were varied on 14 December 2011 to remove geographic exemptions from standard access obligations in respect of WLR, LCS and PSTN OA. The FADs were also varied on 27 June 2012 to temporarily remove the application of the standard access obligations in respect of WLR, LCS and PSTN OA (preselect and override) services provided over the National Broadband Network.
