AWB’s submission to the ACCC Draft Decision regarding GrainCorp’s Proposed 2011 Undertaking dated 15 April 2011 makes reference to views contained in AWB's letter to the ACCC of 7 April 2011 regarding Viterra’s management of the 2012 season shipping stem. AWB has requested that the 7 April 2011 letter be a published document for the purpose of ACCC’s Draft Decision on GrainCorp’s 2011 Port Terminal Services Undertaking.
