Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL) price notification for aeronautical services – May 2001

In May 2001 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) decided to object to Sydney Airport Corporation Limited’s (SACL’s) proposed charges for the provision of aeronautical services at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport. However, the ACCC’s decision is to not object to the provision of aeronautical services in accordance with the table of aeronautical charges outlined in the ACCC’s decision document. This decision responds to SACL’s formal price notification lodged under the Prices Surveillance Act 1983.
