Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL) price notification for regional air services - September 2010

On 17 September 2010 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) decided to object to Sydney Airport Corporation Limited’s (SACL’s) proposal to increase charges for the provision of certain aeronautical services to regional air services at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport. This decision responds to SACL’s formal price notification lodged under Part VIIA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 on 24 June 2010.
