Description of Conduct
On 5 November 2010 the Australian Swimmers' Association Incorporated (ASA) lodged an application for revocation and substitution of its aurthorisation to conduct collective negotiations on behalf of its members with Swimming Australia Limited (SAL).
On 6 April 2011 the ACCC issued a determination that grants authorisation in respect of the collective bargaining arrangements for ten years. If no application for review of the determination is made to the Australian Competition Tribunal, it will come into force on 28 April 2011.
