Portable spas, pools, potty skimmers and outlets - supplier guide

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, product safety bans are introduced when considered reasonably necessary to prevent or reduce the risk of injury. This guide provides a summary of the ban on supply of:

  • potty skimmers designed for installation in domestic swimming pools or spas
  • unsafe pool or spa outlets
  • transportable spas and swimming pools with integrally moulded potty skimmers or unsafe outlets.
