Water Charge (Planning and Management Information) Rules
On 26 July 2010, following the making of the Water Charge (Planning and Management Information) Rules 2010, the ACCC released a technical guide to these rules.
This technical guide provides information for Murray-Darling Basin governments and agencies responsible for publishing water planning and management information on how such information can be published to comply with the rules. A copy of the rules and the technical guide is provided below.
