The ACCC has completed several policy advice projects. In the first instance these are final advices to the minister (currently the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities), as set out in the Water Act. Additionally, the ACCC has prepared pricing principles that will apply to price approvals and determinations.
