A guide to the unfair contract terms law—audio

This guide has been designed to assist businesses, legal practitioners and consumer advocates understand the new unfair contract terms laws. The purpose of the guide is to explain the unfair contract terms laws as simply as possible. The guide has been developed jointly by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the state and territory consumer protection agencies.
