Delfin Lend Lease Blakeview proposes to offer vacant allotments at Blake's Crossing in South Australia to potential purchasers on condition that they enter into a building contract with Gasparin Homes for the construction of a Studio 51 Terrace home. This arrangement is to satisfy a SA Government requirement that 15% of all residential allotments within the Development be provided as 'Affordable Housing'.
