Daiichi Chinmi Australia Pty Ltd (formerly Austrimi Seafoods Pty Ltd) advised that on 31 January 2009 it sold the Austrimi Seafoods business and is no longer operating in Australia.
Daiichi Chinmi Australia Pty Ltd subsequently sought withdrawal of its undertaking.
Based on its exit from the Australian market, the ACCC has provided its consent to withdraw the undertaking
