The ACCC received additional material from ARTC on 13 October 2009. The Interim Indicative Pricing document forms part of the Hunter Valley Access Undertaking application.
The ACCC extended the period for making a decision on the undertaking application. The day by which the ACCC must now use its best endeavours to make a decision is 22 April 2010.
