ACTEW Retail Ltd and AGL ACT Retail Investments Pty Ltd (together trading as ActewAGL) and TransACT Capital Communications Pty Ltd (TransACT) propose to supply or offer to supply small businesses within the NSW Capital Region discounts on their accounts with ActewAGL and TransACT on condition that they agree to enter into 24 month contracts with ActewAGL and TransACT for a bundled combination of services which must include ActewAGL electricity and TransACT fixed phone line services, and may also include mobile phone and/or internet services.
