Summary
ResMed Asia Pacific Limited (ResMed) proposes to require Accredited Partners (resellers) to sell ResMed CPAP Products on the following conditions:
- only directly to patients;
- only from a physical site (Accredited Partner's clinic, patients home, GP's surgery, etc);
- not by remote methods (phone, internet ,etc), except with ResMed's express consent or when the products are replacement parts being sent to existing customers; and
- only in conjunction with an individual face to face physical assessment of a patient, and the provision of clinical service, advice, fitting and training.
ResMed also proposes to require its Accredited Partners to only purchase ResMed CPAP Products and related literature from ResMed.
