Telstra proposes to promote a marketing campaign together with the Bank of Western Australia Limited (BankWest), to:
a) give or offer to give BigPond Music downloads credit to the value of A$20 to BigPond customers on condition they acquire or agree to acquire a BankWest credit card.
b) refuse to give or offer to give BigPond Music downloads credit to the value of A$20 to BigPond customers for the reason that they have not aquired or agreed to acquire a BankWest credit card.
The promotion will be conducted across Australia between 17 March 2010 and 16 April 2010.
