Alinta Asset Management Pty Ltd (AAM), formerly Alinta Network Services Pty Ltd, submitted a draft variation to the s87B undertaking of Alinta Limited and others, which was accepted by the ACCC on 25 October 2004.
The draft variation proposed to remove AAM from the undertaking, because AAM had ceased to be a party to the operating services agreement for the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.
