Collective bargaining notification CB00140 was lodged by APC Prosthetics Pty Ltd on 15 January 2010, on behalf of itself, APC Prosthetics (Hunter) Pty Ltd, Premier Prosthetics & Orthotics Pty Ltd and Spooner Hart Prosthetics Pty Ltd (together, the Collective Bargaining Group).
The Collective Bargaining group proposes to collectively negotiate with NSW Health in relation to the terms and conditions (including capped prices) in a request for tender for the supply of lower limb interim prosthetic services to NSW Health (or any alternative procurement process if NSW Health decides not to proceed with the request for tender).
On 28 January 2010, the ACCC issued a draft objection notice proposing to object to the notification.
On 5 February 2010, APC Prosthetics Pty Ltd withdrew the notification.
