On 2 September 2009 the ACCC granted these authorisations to Benaris and Woodside to sell jointly their shares of the Otway Gas Project joint venture's LPG to a common customer or common customers, until 31 December 2012. Origin and Benaris have agreed to buy Woodside's interest in the venture and Benaris, Origin and Woodside now apply for Origin and Benaris, rather than Origin and Woodside, to jointly market their shares.
