ACCC educates prospective franchisees
The ACCC manned a booth at the Brisbane Franchising Expo in early September, giving ACCC staff the chance to speak to prospective and existing franchisees and franchisors about their rights and obligations under the Franchising Code of Conduct, and to provide copies of ACCC publications explaining the code.
