Mobile and other wireless internet speed claims and the Trade Practices Act - Information Paper

In September 2009 the ACCC released an information paper on mobile and other wireless internet speed claims and the Trade Practices Act.

The ACCC wrote to providers of mobile and wireless broadband services, including telecommunications providers and retailers, providing them with a copy of the Information Paper.
