Draft decision

On 6 August 2009, the ACCC released its draft decision not to accept ABB Grains Ltd's (ABB) Access Undertaking.

During the course of the assessment process, ABB also provided proposed standard terms and conditions of access to its port terminals services.

The ACCC received the revised version of ABB's Port Loading Protocols on 19 August 2009.
