Dodo Internet Pty Ltd: Correction

The media release issued on 11 February 2003 by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission requires correction.

Media Release 28/03 reported that the Federal court had found three of Dodo’s directors including Maxim Zabelov had been knowingly concerned in the conduct.

The court made no such declarations against Mr Zabelov – the declarations were in relation to two directors only.
