Airport quality of service monitoring discussion paper
In October 2007 the ACCC released the Airport quality of service monitoring discussion paper (available below). This paper covered issues related to the quality of service monitoring that applies to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne (Tullamarine), Perth and Sydney (Kingsford Smith) airports. The discussion paper invited comments from stakeholders and seven submissions were received in response (available below). The submissions were taken into consideration when preparing the draft Airport quality of service monitoring guideline. In May 2008 the ACCC released the draft Airport quality of service monitoring guideline(available below). The draft guideline invited comments from stakeholders and seven submissions were received in response (available below). The statement of reasons to the final guideline provides explanation of the ACCC's decisions made in revising the final guideline.
