Making a complaint
If you are making a complaint you should ensure that you have all details ready to discuss with ACCC Infocentre staff. Things you may want to think about include:
what is the complaint about?
who is involved?
what are the allegations (ie. are you saying there may be a breach of the Competition and Consumer Act?)
what resolution do I want?
