Making a complaint

If you are making a complaint you should ensure that you have all details ready to discuss with ACCC Infocentre staff. Things you may want to think about include:

  • what is the complaint about?
  • who is involved?
  • what are the allegations (ie. are you saying there may be a breach of the Competition and Consumer Act?)
  • what resolution do I want?

Depending on the information available and the circumstances of your complaint the ACCC Infocentre can discuss the best avenue for your complaint.
