CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited (CMC) proposes to offer certain stockbroking services (or offer to supply certain stockbroking services at a particular price or subject to a discount, allowance, rebate or credit) to customers of Suncorp-Metway Limited (Suncorp) on condition that the customer accesses CMC's services via a Suncorp `Share Trade' website, and holds a Suncorp bank account.
