Pawa and NT Government given an additional month to make submission on NT Gas draft decision

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission today granted the Power and Water Authority (PAWA) and Northern Territory Government's request for an additional one month extension of time to make its submission on the Draft Decision for NT Gas Pty Ltd's access arrangement for the Amadeus Basin to Darwin Pipeline (ABDP).

The one month extension was in addition to a three month extension already granted in early July 2001. PAWA and the NT Government's submission will now be due by close of business 5 October 2001.

The ACCC issued its draft decision on NT Gas' proposed access arrangement for the ABDP on 2 May 2001 and called for submissions from interested parties.
