Boral Bricks Pty Ltd, Boral Recycling Pty Ltd, Investa Moorebank Pty Ltd and Moorebank (Urbex) investments Pty Ltd propose to each separately sell house-and-land packages at a planned 1000-lot housing development at Moorebank in western Sydney (developed by the Investa and Moorebank companies), on condition that the package buyers buy building services from builders selected by the buyer from a panel of builders nominated by the notifying parties.
