Undertaking dated 15 April 2009

On 15 April 2009, GrainCorp Operations Limited (GrainCorp) submitted an Access Undertaking (the Undertaking) to the ACCC for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 ('the Act', known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011).

The ACCC acknowledged receipt of the Undertaking on 17 April 2009.

On 24 September 2009, GrainCorp withdrew the Undertaking dated 15 April 2009 and re-lodged a revised Undertaking.
