Co-operative Bulk Handling (CBH)

On 20 May 2009, the ACCC received an email from Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) attaching a copy of a draft proposal for the allocation of shipping capacity.

On 2 June 2009 the ACCC sent a request to CBH to provide further information to assist the ACCC in its assessment of the Undertaking submitted by CBH.
