Competition notice revoked/new notice issued

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has revoked a Competition Notice* alleging Telstra Corporation Limited has engaged in anticompetitive conduct in breach of the telecommunications provisions of the Trade Practices Act.

It has issued a new notice against Telstra alleging continuing anticompetitive conduct in the Internet market. The notice will come into effect on Friday, 26 June.
