Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, you must ensure that your advertising correctly represents the product you are selling, including its price and any inclusions or exclusions. This applies equally to all types of travel—from a five-star luxury holiday to a budget backpacker travel package—and to its total cost so that consumers can make informed purchasing decisions when organising their travel and holiday arrangements.
