The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission will now proceed to assess the trade practices law implications of the Australis Media situation, ACCC Chairman, Professor Allan Fels, said today.
"Meetings have been arranged with the principal parties to the arrangements over the next few days.
"The Commission at this stage has not formed a view on the joint venture agreement and will need to examine all details of the arrangements before doing so."
