Consultative committees

The Committee provides the ACCC with advice on issues affecting consumers that fall within the scope of the Trade Practices Act.

The HSCC was formed to further strengthen the relationship between the ACCC and health and medical professionals that developed out of the Wilkinson review.

The Infrastructure Consultative Committee (ICC) was set up in 2006 to facilitate discussions on the broad issues of infrastructure and infrastructure regulation.

The Small Business Consultative Committee was established by the ACCC to provide a forum through which trade practices concerns related to the small business sector could be considered and addressed collaboratively between the sector and the ACCC.

The committee was established by the ACCC to facilitate a more collaborative approach to discussing and resolving issues and concerns in the franchising sector.
