DDAS and ISDN declaration review final report

On 17 June 2009, the ACCC released its final report after completing a public inquiry into whether the DDAS and ISDN declarations should be remade, extended, revoked, varied or allowed to expire. The final report details the ACCC's decision to allow the DDAS and ISDN declarations to expire on 30 June 2009 without making new declarations under section 152AL of the Trade Practices Act 1974. The final report is available below.



The DDAS and ISDN declaration review discussion paper

On 18 March 2009, the ACCC released the DDAS and ISDN declaration review discussion paper as part of the public inquiry into whether the declarations should be remade, extended, varied or allowed to expire. The discussion paper is available below.
