Telstra's compliance with the price control arrangements 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008

Under s. 151CM(1)(b) of the Trade Practices Act 1974, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission must report to the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy on the adequacy of Telstra’s compliance with the price control arrangements that apply to it.
This report relates to the second reporting period under the current arrangements—a twelve month period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008.
