About the CBD

The Consumer & business directory (CBD) allows you to search for the contact details of over 1600 private, community and government organisations that offer consumer and business complaint-handling services, including industry associations, businesses, government agencies and independent mediation services. The CBD incorporates contacts previously listed in the Australian Consumer Handbook Online previously available from the Consumers Online website.

The CBD has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right organisation to assist you. CBD help contains search tips to help you find a suitable organisation and the steps to follow to add your organisation to the CBD.
