Eight users of the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal have applied for authorisation for a maximum six month extension of the authorisation granted by the ACCC in relation to the Queue Management System, which expires on 31 December 2008.
The applicants have also requested interim authorisation for the arrangements.
The ACCC decided not to grant interim authorisation to the proposed QMS on 10 December 2008.
The ACCC issued a draft determination proposing to deny authorisation to the application on 23 February 2009.
The applicants withdrew their application on 27 February 2009.
