Description of Conduct

The ACCS sought authorisation for its members to adopt and give effect to its Code of Practice. The Code of Practice contains advertising guidelines and guidelines for informed consent as well as processes for dealing with complaints under the Code of Practice.

On 18 June 2009 the ACCC authorised the arrangements for three years subject to a number of conditions.
